We are open for lunch and dinner seven days a week, and our complete menu is available until close.

Our style is simple and straightforward. When we say fresh, we mean it! We have seafood flown and trucked in daily. We want the freshness and character of our seafood to be the main attraction of each dish. In addition to our regular menus, we offer a variety of fresh seafood specials, which changes on a regular basis.

Swan Court Restaurant & Club is a fine dining restaurant that often features live music and dancing. The restaurant specializes in continental cuisine and an extensive wine list.

We make all our sauces from scratch; nothing frozen or prepackaged. We use only fresh ground beef and seasonings for our burgers, and the highest quality fresh chicken available from a national poultry producer. Kales Kitchen is conveniently located in the heart of the Lancaster, Tx Historic Town Square. Founded in 1852 as a frontier post, Lancaster is only 15 minutes from downtown Dallas and strategically placed adjacent to the south sector of the Dallas city limits. "Babe" is Mary Beth's nick name; she developed the recipes so named the restaurant Babe's.

Hopefully, you find our food better than typical restaurants. The difference comes by buying the highest quality meats, vegetables and other ingredients, and preparing it as you would at home. To keep everything as fresh as possible we prepare small batches of each recipe over and over, so that the last customer has a meal just as good as the first customer.

In 1990, three energetic and creative chefs, Hans Limburg, Gary Darling, and Greg Reggio, joined together to form an experienced culinary and restaurant development team. They named this collaboration the Taste Buds. The Taste Buds created Zea in 1997 with their first location in Harahan, La.
