New China Grille was previously named China Gate Restaurant. She has served Dallas area for over 30 years. After being serving Buffet for 10 years, she realizes that other then quantity and variety, Buffet could not present the best of the restaurant in terms of eating safety, food freshness, utensil sanitation, not to mention food taste, and customer services.
