The mission of Wildwood Baptist church shapes the direction and function of every aspect of our ministry. Jesus clearly gave the overarching mission of the church in what is commonly referred to as the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20). We believe that the main emphasis of the Great Commission is "to make disciples" of the world. Making disciples requires at least two pursuits. First, making disciples requires followers of Christ to pursue an ever growing relationship with Christ. Our goal is to equip fully mature Christians who fully embrace His life in every aspect of their lives. We want to experience the fruit of the Spirit such as love, peace, and joy as well as a fellowship of caring for one another.
