That is the mission of the Texas Association of Business -- Texas’ leading employer organization. Representing companies from the largest multi-national corporations to small businesses in nearly every community of our state, TAB works to improve the Texas business climate and to help make our state's economy the strongest in the world.

The North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors is a trade association which exists to enhance the business opportunities of its members through access to pertinent real estate information, education, recognition and networking.

In 1982, the National Business Association (NBA), a non-profit organization for the Self-Employed, Small Business Owners, Entrepreneurs and professionals, was founded. The NBA continuously strives to provide its members with vital support programs, cost and time saving products and services in the areas of Business, Lifestyle, Education, and Health.

The Dallas CPA Society, Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (Dallas Chapter) is a not-for-profit professional association serving approximately 6,200 CPA members in the Dallas and surrounding 13 counties. It is the second largest chapter of the Texas Society, Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA), the statewide professional association with over 27,000 members and 20 chapters around the state. A Board of Directors, elected from among the membership, is charged with the responsibility of governing the Chapter.

The Dallas Bar Association (DBA) was founded by 40 lawyers in 1873, during an era that witnessed remarkable growth in the city of Dallas. As stated in its first charter - signed in 1916 by 100 members - the purpose of "the Bar Association of Dallas" was "for support of a literary undertaking and maintenance of a library." The Association has since been dedicated to the continuing education of its members as well as public service programs and improvement of the administration of justice. For years, Association headquarters were housed in the offices of the then current presidents. In 1937, headquarters were established in a small space under the stairs of the Old Red Courthouse. Ten years later, the DBA was the state's first bar association to incorporate.

The mission of the Dallas/Fort Worth Chapter of the American Marketing Association is to educate, support, and enhance the image of marketing professionals in the DFW Metroplex.
