Patterson Brothers Meat Company was founded in 1946 by Charles and Hubert Patterson, since then we have grown into one of Dallas's largest independent meat companies. The name was changed to Patterson Food Processors in 1997 to better describe what we offer to our customers.

The Cajun Fried Turkey Company got its beginnings in 1994. That was the year that Billy Howell figured out that he couldn’t go about the business of cookin’ and selling his special Cajun Style Turkeys out of his garage.
