Jaster-Quintanilla was established in Austin, Texas, in 1984 to provide structural engineering services for the built environment. The firm has thrived and experienced constant growth, adding offices in Dallas, Fort Worth, and San Antonio to better serve our clients throughout the state of Texas and the southern United States. As part of our growth, and to further expand Jaster-Quintanilla’s services, civil engineering and surveying services were also added.

Our 40+ years of continuous service by the same executive management substantiates that we have been, and will continue to be available to meet our clients’ objectives. We value this longevity and the security it provides our clients.

APM & Associates, Inc. is a multidiscipline engineering firm established in 1989 to meet the need for professional design services through a single source. Headquartered in Dallas with branch offices in Fort Worth and Houston, APM provides services throughout the State of Texas. APM & Associates is a minority-owned business certified by several local and state agencies as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and Historically Underutilized Business (HUB).

MACTEC is a full service engineering consultant that provides civil/environmental design, construction management, and materials testing capabilities.

Shermco Industries is a provider of safe, reliable testing, repair, professional training, maintenance and analysis of rotating machines and electrical power distribution systems and related equipment for the light, medium, and heavy industrial base nationwide. Founded in 1974 in Dallas, the company is comprised of two strategic business units; Apparatus Services Division and an Engineering Services Division.
