I have enjoyed 17 years of practicing massage therapy, with training in Swedish and Deep Tissue massage. My specialty is Trigger Point Therapy, which utilizes the body’s natural instinct to relieve muscle tension by using a system of pressure points located throughout the body. Most sessions of Trigger Point Therapy focus on the neck and shoulders, but the technique can be applied to any area of the body and has shown to be very beneficial to chronic low back pain and sciatica.
