This Brazilian espeto corrido churrascaria, or continuous-service (all-you-can-eat) grill house, is a hotbed of carnivorous decadence. Servers armed with skewers and knives prowl the dining room offering 14 cuts of savory beef, pork, chicken and lamb. Most of the meat is delicious, though a few can be arid and chewy.
